Javier is a minor character in Victor and Valentino. He also serves as the antagonist in the episode "Legend of the Hidden Skatepark" and reappears in "Los Perdidos."
Appearance[]
Javier wears a bat headdress with a helmet underneath, as well as an off-white v-neck t-shirt, tattered blue pants, a medium-gray vest, and a tooth necklace. He also appears to have four thin, red tribal markings painted on his cheeks. He had short fangs.
He reappears in Los Perdidos with a red shirt, short sleeve black jacket, jeans, and black shoes. He has spiky black hair, pointy ears, fangs, and wings. His fangs were more visible.

In "Los Perdidos", Javier reveals himself to be a full blood vampire and found followers so he can have power once again. Javier wanted to get revenge so he wanted Victor to join his gang by turning him into a vampire and to destroy Valentino. He chased after Victor and Valentino fails to catch them, Victor and Valentino manages to escape and Javier crashes to a wall.
Relationships[]
Victor: When Javier first met Victor, he and Victor became friends as they had in common is skateboarding and no rules. But Victor saved Valentino, Javier chased them then only him and Victor.
In "Los Perdidos", Javier returns with his new gang and despite what happened between, Javier still holds some fondness in Victor. Javier planned with his gang by having Victor drink the punch to turn him into a vampire to join him in his vampire gang.
Valentino: When Javier first met Valentino, he is not impressed with his pongo stick. But when Valentino tells Victor about a rule, Javier tries to get rid of him only for Victor to go against him.
In "Los Perdidos", Javier returns with his new gang and wanted get revenge by turning Victor into vampire to join his vampire gang and to drink Valentino's blood.

- It was revealed that he was a full blood perdido/vampire
- Javier is similar to Rufio from the 1991 film, Hook.
- Interestingly, Rufio was portrayed by Dante Basco, who also voices Javier.
