Hoot is a minor character in Victor and Valentino, and one of Lechuza's adopted children. He is voiced by Fred Tatasciore.

Hoot is the oldest of Lechuza's adopted children and is chubby in appearance. He has a long streak of white hair on the back of his head, while most of his forehead is balding. He wears a overgrown dark grey t-shirt with a large diaper.
