Hatbot-ler is a short robot built in the image of Black Hat, except he has a bowler hat instead of a top hat. He has a wheel at the bottom of his body, which is how he moves around, his eyes are yellow, but they flash yellow and red when the Hatbot-ler is about to self-destruct, and has a white shirt and bowtie as opposed to Black Hat's red shirt and tie.
