Arturo Robles is a character in Victor and Valentino. She was one of the original Adelitas. She and the other Adelitas return as ghosts, disapproving and ultimately stopping Valentino's cheating during the Escaramuza competition.

- This character is based on the real life Soldadera, Amelio Robles Ávila, who fought in the Mexican Revolution.
